Canaria Network of Health Promoting Schools meeting in Guía de Isora at 400 schools in the region

For two days, students from Primary 4 of 10 schools in Adeje, Guia de Isora and Santiago del Teide, participating in various workshops.
The past 3 and May 4, 2011, 400 fourth-grade students from a total of 10 schools in the municipalities of Adeje, Guia de Isora and Santiago del Teide, participated in the annual event that takes place by zones of those centers that are part of the so-called Red Canary Health Promoting Schools (RCEPS).
On this occasion, for the first time, the city hosted the isorano, and the venue was the sports and facilities of the Center for the Creation and Formation of Guía de Isora, in the coastal village of Playa San Juan, where they participate in various activities and workshops to promote health, support and professional and technical coordination of the ministries Health and Education of the Canary Islands and the municipalities of Adeje, Guia de Isora and Santiago del Teide, as well as monitors the participation of students in the upper levels of Socio-Cultural, Socio Care and Early Childhood Education in the IES of Alcala, down came the supervision of their teachers.
The 400 students participating in this meeting in the area southwest of Tenerife came from two schools of Adeje and the CEIP Tijoco Barranco Bajo La Torres, from four centers Isora Guide: The Age, Chigora, Theobald Power and The Cumbrita, and four schools in Santiago del Teide, the José Esquivel, Aurelio Acosta, Tamaimo and Feliciano Hernández.
