On April 30, 2011, Gen. Assembly was held in the Neighborhood Association Tejina de Isora where they played different points concerning the institution and people in general and also where new bylaws were approved with the creation of a new body called the Commission Permanente. Include the incorporation of new members to the Board, which showed the interest and desire to work for Tejina de Isora. Finally the Board was composed of 20 members as follows:
